May 2010 - Beach Bash - fundraiser for Michael J. Fox Foundation - $5821.08, man hours – 60
Summer 2010 – Yard Phlocking - $500 to Peaceable Kingdom animal rescue for kennels, replacing kennels and assisting at shelter - man hours – 20
October 2010 – Tiki Terror – funds raised $500, donated to Peaceable Kingdom, man hours- 40
November 2010 – Harmony Township clean-up $650 for *Adopt a Pirate, man hours - 30 hrs
Chili Cook-off raised money for Adopt-A-Pirate/Family $150, man hours- 5
December 2010– Bethlehem tree lighting ceremony - man hours- 60
Home Depot Children’s Christmas Party - $600 for Adopt a Pirate, man hours - 65
*Adopt a Pirate - we have a Pirate member, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, who is a young single mom of two young children and has an inoperable brain tumor. She has insurmountable medical bills and Ambulance transport costs. The Pirates decided that this year it was time to help one of our own - we helped her pay off some of the ambulance transport fees and gave her funds to make sure she and her two small kids had a good Christmas.
